You will be responsible for All foreign duties and customs Where Applicable.
We cannot possibly know all the local laws in every country in this great Earth in which we live.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We apologize, but we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs, or holdups with international postal systems. U.S. Tracking stops when it leaves the U.S for most countries.

If duties are not paid within a reasonable amount of time, your products will be returned to us. Please note: You will lose all shipping fees, and if your order was a custom order, there will be no refunds on the products. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If goods are returned with any damages, they will be inspected and depending upon whether they are in a state where we are able to resell the goods, we will refund accordingly

Please, we ask you to pay your customs tax and duties. The goods belong to you once you purchase them.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

We will refund or replace broken or missing items in your packaging. We are human, and occasionally do make human errors... we try to correct them when they occur immediately.

We apologize, but due to health, sanitary and HAZMAT laws, we are unable to accept returns on personal items or any items manufactured with essential oils or perfumes.

We are also unable to accept returns on orders of Metal overshell or Aluminum Jar Caps. As they are an expensive commodity, and so difficult to ship properly, we find our customers often return them in an unusable condtion.

Should you find any issues where our caps and bottles may not work together perfectly, this needs to be addressed and reported to us within 5 business days after receipt of the product. We will either swap out caps or bottles, or find a way to work out the issue with you. However, We are not responsible for the interfacing and working together of independent parts when you are purchasing components from us to use on your own bottles. We can attest to our components fitting and working properly with our own bottles and jars. We suggest you purchase a few at first to test on your products before purchasing a large number for your own product line.

As above, If you will be using your own blends and recipes with our bottles, we always suggest purchasing a small amount to test the compatibility of your blend with our bottles, droppers, pumps, rollers, etc. before purchasing a bulk order, as we cannot be responsible for how your product will interface or work with our product line. Used with standard products, our components will work. (* see below)

Many essential oils are known to degrade and even dissolve plastics. For this reason, we suggest testing. We also firmly suggest not using more that a 10% concentration of essential oils in Roller Bottles, and not using Fractionated Coconut Oil with Metal Rollers, as it so lubricating, it may cause the rollers to pop out of the housing.

Shortages, Receipt of the Wrong Item(s) or Other Issues with the Product needs to be addressed and reported to us within 5 business days of your receipt of delivery, so it can be addressed in a timely manner. We are not able to exchange, accept a return or refund if we are not made aware of such issues within 5 business days after the receipt of your package. Please send us an email/convo here on the Etsy platform so that we are aware of the problem and please document with photos. The above also applies to breakages. We do not accept any returns on used merchandise. Please also note, partial orders are not returnable, nor are bottles or jars removed from their factory original packaging.

We cannot take returns on orders of lots of 50 or more, or on items which were specially ordered for you.

On other items, we will, upon receipt of the return, and inspection of the item to be certain it is returned in the same condition as when sent out, send you a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Items, once used are no longer able to be returned, or refunded, in any way whatsoever. Orders shipped back with any scent of oil, or bottles used with oil, and then mixed in with unused bottles will be discarded as contaminated. We cannot keep these in our warehouse, and no refund will be forthcoming. You will be responsible for return shipping fees as well.
The return will be processed at our earliest convenience. (and must include the original packing slip/invoice for identification purposes).
Merchandise returned used, changed, broken, scratched or in unusable conditions will be refunded accordingly, and explanations with photographs sent to the buyer when we receive the goods and process the refund.

We do not refund original shipping fees, and any authorized return needs to be returned within 7 days.

Please note: We purchase our materials from many different suppliers, and from time to time, there are slight differences in color, from lot to lot or final finishes. And there may be very small changes in the size, styling, or weight of an item.
If the color or weight is a critical component to your order, we stress that you need to contact us when ordering to make sure the product will have the same color and finish as a prior order.

Please note: In the packaging industry, Fill Volume, and Thus Sizes Noted, (e.g.: 15ml, 1 Oz, 1ml) are never exact. This is due to variances in manufacturing and manufacturers allowances for substance overfill and variation in viscosity and insertion of applicators into the bottles and jars. Again, we ask you to Use your own judgement and purchase a several and test your product with our packaging before investing in a large volume of jars or bottles. Please also note: Sizes Noted are for Fill Volume, not for Weight. (Do not expect our 2 Oz Jars to be Filled with Either 2 Oz of Feathers, 2 Oz of Tea, of 2 Oz of Gold, as They all have different Weights)

*(Essential oils, like all organic compounds, are made up of hydrocarbon molecules and can further be classified as terpenes, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones and phenols etc.
If you look on google, for any of these hydrocarbons, like, for example: "terpenes and dissolving plastic", " phenols and plastics", etc. you will learn that the fault is not with out bottles, but with the concentration of hydrocarbons in your oils.

Please note: when we list a bottle as holding a particular volume, this is per the manufacturer's standards.. In the cosmetic industry, manufacturer's use different standards to measure bottles and jars. This is to account for where the shoulder of a bottle is in the design of the glass, for overfill, capping, storage, expansion, and the volume of space needed to ship liquids. This is especially so for heavier glass products, such as roller bottles and atomizers.
For Example, a bottle listed as a dram bottle may actually hold anywhere from 3.5ml to 5ml of product when filled to the top.

This may account for discrepancies in the volume your bottle will hold. For this reason, when volume is critical, we ask you to please order a sample or two before placing a larger order.
